Corinne is the owner of Training Lab and specialises in organisational transformation, leadership and wellbeing programs for federal and state government, corporate management, schools and individuals. Training Lab is on the preferred supplier list for NSW Government for Training and Development.
Corinne is an international licensed provider and facilitator of Process Communication Model ®, a communications and behavioural management course which NASA selected over 30 years ago to train their astronauts on how to maximise mental wellbeing and improve working relationships whilst in space as well as how to best communicate with them when in distress.
PCM is also used by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons who have endorsed PCM as a validated tool to support surgeons and medical staff and eliminate mistakes in surgery.
Corinne is one of the few national certified trainers to teach Process Communication Model ® (PCM) to Australian federal and state government, corporates and general public. World-wide PCM has been highly rated by Apple, BMW, GM Financial (General Motors), Woolworths, McDonalds, Microsoft, Coca Cola, the White House and more.
She has a deep interest in empowering youth to be their own leaders and know how to effectively manage bullying and self-esteem. Has run anti-bullying programs at TAFE and due to the programs’ success was interviewed by the Daily Telegraph.
Corinne also rebranded the NSW Department of Education’s Microsoft Office templates to meet mandatory accessibility WCAG 2.0 requirements and ensure people with vision, hearing and mobility impairments have a better communication experience.
Corinne enjoys ocean swimming, has lived and worked in America, Japan and Britain and is open to life’s opportunities.
